Students were interviewed for a ‘part-time sales role’ and were provided with feedback on their performance and tips on how to improve. Following the interviews, student took part in Speed Mentoring with Citi volunteers from all different areas of the business which included: Finance, Legal, Technology, Sales, and Marketing. The volunteers decoded their job titles and roles and students also learned about different career pathways.
