Urban Synergy were proud to deliver their two-day Talent Accelerator hosted by PwC. The programme provided students with career guidance and mentoring and also provided an opportunity for volunteers from PwC to participate in some of the activities with the students. The programme gave the students a hands-on opportunity to explore career pathways and also gain workplace insight.
Hands-on career guidance for students

Over the two days, students engaged in interactive workshops, mock interviews, networking sessions, and skills-building activities, gaining exposure to the world of work within PwC. These experiences help young people understand what is possible and to make informed decisions about their next steps.

A highlight of the Accelerator was welcoming our alumni Jadon Black, who shared his career journey and insights. Jadon began with Urban Synergy as a student, participating in mentoring, Insight Days, work experience and career guidance programmes. Today, he works at PwC and is a shining example of what can be achieved with the right support.
