Since its inception, Urban Synergy has supported over 43,000 young people aged 9–24, helping them to thrive in education and the workplace through relatable role models and tailored mentoring programmes.
Morningstar reflects a mutual dedication to promoting financial literacy and social mobility, supporting Urban Synergy’s ambition of reaching 50,000 young people by 2027.

Partnership Highlights
- Morningstar and Urban Synergy will collaborate to design and deliver targeted mentoring programmes aimed at supporting youth from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Through access to Morningstar’s workplace, investment research and expertise, and professional networks, young people will gain exposure to careers in finance, data, technology, research and more.
- The partnership will offer skills-based workshops, interactive sessions, and work-experience placements, to build confidence and capability in young people who may not otherwise have access.
- Both organisations will implement monitoring and evaluation measures to track outcomes and ensure the long-term impact of the programmes, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable change.

Urban Synergy and Morningstar are planning a rollout of mentoring cohorts across London, with the first initiatives set to launch in early 2026. Young people, schools, and youth-serving organisations are encouraged to watch for further announcements via Urban Synergy’s website and social channels.
