We recently attended the "Social Mobility in the Workplace" Conference hosted by Westminster Insight, where our CEO, Leila Thomas, shared her insightful perspectives on socio-economic diversity in workplaces. It was an inspiring event that brought together professionals from diverse backgrounds, all passionate about fostering social mobility and creating equal opportunities.
Leila Thomas emphasised the importance of breaking barriers and fostering equal opportunities for all, stating, "Social mobility is all about equal opportunities for young people, irrespective of their birthplace or circumstances. It's about giving them the chance to thrive and succeed."
