We recently partnered with Delta Capita to host a Corporate Insight Day for 30 Christ the King students at their Canary Wharf offices. Co-hosted by Urban Synergy's Dianne Johnson and Moody's Financial Consultants' Jennifer Conway and Hannah Craven, the event aimed to equip students with essential skills and tips for their future careers.
The day included career sessions and workshops on CV writing, networking, and personal branding led by Holly Frampton from Delta Capita's recruitment department. Olive Udensi and Saida Kasmi from Delta Capita's Client Lifecycle Management department provided guidance on interview etiquette and assessment days.
Some of the students' feedback included their aspirations and reflections on the corporate insight day. One student said ‘I aim to gain more work experience and in future network more’. Another student emphasised their intention to refine their career direction by stating ‘ I want to be more specific and confident with my career path.
This collaboration reflects our commitment to shaping the future workforce and bridging the education-corporate gap. Together, we empower the next generation of professionals through real-world experiences and valuable opportunities.
