Urban Synergy delivered another Talent Accelerator at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in October sponsored by Catherine Johnson, General Counsel at LSEG.
19 students aged 16-24 from schools, colleges, sixth forms and universities (some working full-time seeking apprenticeships) took part in the 2 day programme. Over 2 days, 30 LSEG employees volunteered their time to take part in some of the interactive activities to help build students’ soft skills, knowledge of the workplace and provide top career tips.
