The Tesco Management Development Programme (MDP) is a professional and personal development programme that provides life-skills training in key competencies and skills, such as task management, team working and communication. It also offers employment support, CV building, completing application forms, interview techniques and the opportunity to apply the skills through an internship within a specific department in Tesco.

Eligibility
• In the penultimate year of an undergraduate degree programme
• From an Asian, Black or minority ethnic group
• Minimum 240 UCAS Points
• Have unlimited rights to live and work in the UK – Student Visas are not eligible
• Able to commit to all parts of the Programme
