The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) London Early Careers Community (LECC) hosted the event at their office in the City of London with students from Oasis Academy Shirley Park.
Urban Synergy's Head of Programmes Dianne Johnson and LSEG's Marketing Manager Primary Markets & Equities Trading Nina-Nevart Minassian co-hosted the event.
30 students from Oasis Academy from the Croydon Borough learned about the LSEG business through an interactive introduction. A panel of 5 staff talked about their roles in the company and their career pathways. The event continued with an interactive speed mentoring session with more LSEG volunteers who shared career insights before concluding with a short tour of the building.
