How did you feel about your work experience at Dynamic Planner?
I loved it! I enjoyed how quickly I learned everything. It was a bit intimidating at first, but now I feel like I'm bringing value to the team.
What challenges did you encounter during your work experience, and how did you overcome them?
Some of the tasks were quite difficult, but I managed by asking my colleagues for help and guidance.
What were your initial expectations when you started this work experience, and how did it compare to what you actually experienced?
Initially, I expected it to be a good addition to my CV and a valuable experience. However, it exceeded my expectations. I learned how to use Sage, and met so many people in different roles, and now I feel really comfortable at Dynamic Planner.
You managed to secure a paid extension with Dynamic Planner. How did that make you feel?
It felt amazing! It reaffirmed that I was doing a good job, and I'm committed to continuing to excel in my role. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity.
Can you share some of the skills you gained during your work experience?
I significantly improved my communication skills. Initially, I was hesitant to ask questions, but I got more comfortable and started asking a lot. This experience helped me grow as a person. I also became more meticulous, and learning to use Sage was invaluable throughout the process.
What advice would you offer to other young people considering work experience opportunities?
My advice would be to make sure you go for it. You never know until you try. If you want to go far in any industry, you need experience. If you try something and it's not your passion, you can always explore other opportunities.
