If you’d like to be notified of new posts on the blog, you can subscribe by entering your e-mail address on the Subscribe page.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to the RSS feed by clicking on the 
button in the sidebar. This can add the Urban Synergy newsfeed to popular readers like Google, Yahoo, Newsgator and Bloglines. If you’re using Firefox browser, the same orange icon will appear in the address bar so you can subscribe using the Live Bookmarks feature. A similar feature is available in Internet Explorer by clicking on the RSS feed icon in the toolbar and selecting “RSS 2.0 all posts (new)”
