Black Youth Achievements is holding a Careers Event Day on Thursday 22nd July, 11am – 5pm at Lambeth Town Hall (Assembly Room), Brixton.
We have a fantastic line up of organisations, small businesses and training providers all under one roof who will be able to talk to you about many different careers, educational routes and even how to set up your own business.
This event is open to everyone, whether you are at school or college, currently unemployed or fancy a career change.
Come and speak to industry experts who will be able to share their knowledge and experience and give you real advice on how to get into a particular line of work.
You can also get assistance with your CV’s, how to handle those interview nerves and tips for boosting your confidence.
So, if you have thought about your future or really don’t know where to start – this is the event to be at!
London Fire Brigade and Met Police will be there, along with organisations in music, sports, art, creative design, TV, engineering, construction, catering, events management, publishing and lots more.
This event is FREE and we encourage parents and carers to also attend to also find out how they can help their child with their future.
